Processing

Our fulfillment team tries to process orders as quickly as they can. On average, they process/ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during the holiday season due to increased order volumes and potential carrier delays.

Standard Shipping

Canada

We offer free standard shipping for customers within Canada. Delivery time varies depending on the city.

  • East coast cities* — once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-5 business days.
  • West coast cities** — once shipped, your order should arrive within 4-9 business days.
  • Other cities — once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-14 business days.

Please note that delivery time is not guaranteed for areas served by the air stage office. Due to the Canada Post strike, we are currently unable to deliver to the following provinces: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Currently, our Canadian warehouse only ships within Canada. If you are from the EU/UK and you wish to purchase one of our products, please visit our Manta Sleep UK website. Our warehouse in the US ships worldwide at competitive prices.
