The Good: I received the sound mask from my husband as a gift. He snores terribly and now I can finally get some sleep. It’s comfortable, blocks out any light, and stays on all night. I’ve been using this product since March 2024. I love it. The Not So Good: I was disappointed with the customer service response when my husband reached out about the Velcro separating from the eye cup. I followed the care instructions provided, yet still experienced this issue. Truth be told, if I hand washed it on a more regular schedule, I probably would’ve experienced this separation issue much earlier than 10 months in. While I understand warranties have limitations, being advised to use glue to fix the issue felt dismissive for a premium product. I believe there’s room for improvement in how product concerns are handled, as quality and support should go hand in hand.I still love the mask and hope to see the brand take this feedback into consideration for future customer care experiences.
The cups fit great, and I have no issue sleeping with them. I have multiple Eye Cups so that I can rotate and wash them. I sleep with this on every night and they help me get to sleep quickly.
Perfect eye cups.
I bought these for myself to try with the original Manta band, and didn’t care for them. I’m a very restless side sleeper and unless I had the band uncomfortably tight the eye cups slipped out of place and let light in or put pressure in places around my eyes. My husband wanted to try it and loved it from the first night. He barely had to adjust the eye cups and says they provide total darkness without having to adjust them at all during the night. So 3 stars from me, 5 stars from him.
